2020 Day 5 Update

This morning we woke at the Prestige Lakeside Resort hopeful for clearer skies, but the air quality health index was still rated 10+ as a very high health risk.
With that, we decided to keep the team indoors again today and off the road. The support crew repositioned to Creston in hopes of better air quality tomorrow. We’ve never had to make a decision like this before, but ultimately team safety is of utmost importance.
For many of our home riders, they spent time at the Armstrong Regional CO-OP Fuel Good Day event where Cops for Kids received 10 cents/litre today. Thank you to everyone who supported this event.

Tomorrow, we have the Jail & Bail fundraiser at Tamarack Centre where our team will be working to raise funds locally in the East Kootenays.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our team, fundraising efforts, events and safety decisions this week.

Best,
Ride Captain Julio Krenz
