Someone you know deserves to do a little time… and now’s your chance to make it happen for a great cause.
The Cops for Kids Jail & Bail is a light-hearted fundraising event where local “suspects” are arrested by our officers and thrown in our makeshift jail. Their only way out? Raising bail! Each participant must call on friends, family, and coworkers to help raise donations to secure their release.
But here’s the twist – you get to help choose who goes behind bars.
Here’s how you can get involved:
Snitch on a Friend – nominate someone you know to be “arrested.” Our officers will track them down, read them their “charges,” and bring them into custody for a good cause.
Volunteer to Get Locked Up – think you could raise bail? Sign yourself up and put your fundraising skills to the test.
Donate Bail Money – help one of our inmates earn their release by making a donation toward their bail. Every dollar raised supports local children in medical, physical, or traumatic crisis.
Come Watch the Fun – stop by the event, cheer on the inmates, and see who manages to raise bail the fastest.
While the arrests may be playful, the impact is very real. All funds raised through Jail & Bail support Cops for Kids, helping provide financial assistance to families throughout our region when they need it most.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, Cops for Kids has been able to support thousands of children over the years. Events like Jail & Bail help ensure we can continue saying “yes” when families are facing some of their hardest moments.
