Sun, Sweat, and Steep Thrills: Conquering the Long, Hot Hill
I just finished an unforgettable second day riding for Cops for Kids . Today we rode from Osoyoos to Grand Forks, and I honoured to share the experience with you. The route was both challenging and rewarding, with the hot weather making every kilometer remind us we were doing the ride for the kids. The climbs, especially the infamous Anarchist, were intense. Liz took over as Queen of the Anarchist.
Riding into Grand Forks, my hometown, is always a special feeling. No matter how tough the journey, it’s my favorite place to roll into, knowing the familiar sights and the welcoming community waiting. We capped off the day with a great dinner generously provided by the Omega.
